The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro stop, city center, and train station. It is also right next to Munich's best Christmas market. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with good water pressure and heating. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful and well-stocked.

Amazing location, just steps away from major attractions and public transportation. Easy access to the city center and Oktoberfest. Free parking available on the street. The continental breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds.
Limited amenities in the room, such as no mini-fridge or coffee/tea making facilities. Some noise from nearby plumbing and heating pipes in the basement can disturb sleep.

Transportation is easily accessible, making it simple to explore the city. there is a small park with a beer garden just down the hill, providing a lovely place to relax. This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and reasonable, especially considering its convenient location right next to the Oktoberfest grounds at the Theresienwiese station. The staff are attentive and provide good service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities, including rooms with a nice view to the park and private bathrooms, meet all the essential requirements. Additionally, having breakfast included in the stay is a bonus.
Some minor improvements could be made, but overall, everything was satisfactory.
